ABOUT POSITION
Dear applicant,
Our pharmacy, St. Martin Pharmacia, located at 33 Panska Street, will be celebrating its first anniversary in May. We are delighted by its successful establishment and growth, as well as the positive feedback from visitors and patients from Slovakia, around the world, and especially from our residents in Bratislava. Our pharmacy's concept and niche perfumery are unique in Slovakia, and in addition to the pharmaceutical section, we also offer exclusive products in the field of perfumery, cosmetics, and natural remedies, which are increasingly in demand by customers who enjoy returning to us. Therefore, we are looking for a representative and communicative colleague who will guide visitors through our premises, introducing them to our products. We are seeking a full-time Sales Assistant, possibly part-time, and there is also the possibility of weekend assistance in the operation.
Responsibilities
- Professional representation of our pharmacy and company and products, active communication with customers and professional customer service.
- Greeting customers, you will be the right hand and "face" of the pharmacy for the customer.
- Sales and advice on niche perfumes and natural cosmetics, exclusive candles and diffusers, herbal teas and natural products for various problems.
- Informing the customer about the composition and effects of the products and their proper use.
- Working with cash register and daily sales analysis/reports.
- Responsibility for the correct indication of the price and name of the goods.
- Participate in inventory, replenishment of non-pharmaceutical inventory and related tasks to achieve business objectives
- Taking care of the visual appearance of the shop / taking care of the running, attractive appearance and cleanliness of the shop
- Merchandising, taking care of aesthetic and attractive product presentation
- Monitoring the inventory in the system, warranty period of products, cleanliness and quality of testers, ordering goods, replenishing goods to the shelves.
- Participation in internal trainings and trainings on product news and promotions
